Wax Technician
Our 115-Hour Wax Technician Program is a focused, career-ready course designed to prepare students for safe, efficient, and professional hair removal services. The program begins with orientation, introducing students to industry expectations, sanitation standards, and professional conduct.
Students build a strong theoretical foundation through skin care theory, including skin structure, composition, and proper treatment considerations. Emphasis is placed on thorough client consultation skills to ensure personalized service, contraindication awareness, and optimal results.
Hands-on training covers waxing procedures for brow, lip, full facial areas, legs, arms, underarms, chest, back, and bikini zones. Students also learn essential wax treatments, product selection, and techniques to maximize client comfort while minimizing irritation.
Throughout the program, strict attention is given to hygiene, safety, and service efficiency. The course concludes with targeted State Board exam preparation, equipping graduates with the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence needed to obtain licensure and begin a successful career as a professional wax technician.
